This could be used as an alternative to "head" Yuri's Barracks, as a Yuri so-called "Statue of Liberty" (statue of slavery? lol), or something else entirely.
Note the preview is a composite of normal and damaged frames.

Statue has already A LOT of manual trimming. Sure, more could be made but it literally took hours to get to this point, so saying "c'mon" like I didn't even try is disingenous. You could continue it instead. Of course, I accept improvements.
Shadow is in the right direction, done with a WW reference. The only thing "wrong" is the arm, but there is no 3D model, this was projected.
