This game doesn't allow any music or sound playing longer 15 sec, I can do 20 sec in some case. so put the song as workingsound for technology type doesn't play longer than 15 sec even cut the song down to 15 sec each part.

However attach the song to the animation is working,
Each blank animation with the report=songA next=animB and songB

For example

[SovietAnthemA]
Rate=60
Image=BLANK15
Report=NationalUSSRA
Next=SovietAnthemB
Normalized=no

[SovietAnthemB]
Rate=60
Image=BLANK15
Report=NationalUSSRB
Next=SovietAnthemC
Normalized=no

[SovietAnthemC]
Rate=60
Image=BLANK15
Report=NationalUSSRC
Next=SovietAnthemD
Normalized=no

Modenc stated rate=60 mean playing 1 frame per second.
But in reality it doesn't the animation still plays ahead and the song of that part doesn't finish whole 15 seconds and animation moved to the next part.

Is there a way to make animation synchronize with 15 seconds of the song?

What's the code for those Reports/Sounds?

Or the code for the full anthem that didn't work on your end.

Each one is the same just A B C D .... so on

[NationalUSSRA]
Sounds=nationussrA
Control= all
Priority=high
Type= local shroud
Range= 20
Limit=1
Volume=100

The game actually play the song to the end but it doesn't run smoothly. I have to cut the music to 17 parts. 15 sec each but in reality it only plays around 10-12 sec and move to another part. Making a laggy music.

If Normalized=no the animation will finish faster than the song. once animation is over the rest of unplayed song in that part will be skipped.

If Normalized=yes the animation will finish much slower than the song leave a silent in between each part.

I have no idea of How long I should take it into consideration it's not 15 frames per second as modec stated for sure.

Animation follows ingame speed settings, while sound does not, I think. You may get that to work for a certain game speed, but once it was adjusted everything would get messed up.

Probably. In Modenc it stated if Normalized=no then the animation will not depend on the game speed. It will play at 15 FPS.

So I first making 225 frames of animation for 15 sec sound.
It still not fit. I have to reduce the Rate from 900 to 450 and it is better but still overlapsed.

Changing Rate=60 with 15 frames animation make it a lot worst. Even Modenc stated Rate=60 with no "Normalized" mean 1 frame per sec.

With Normalized=yes makes things get more crazier.

Because I can't get the exact frame per second so I can't calculate correctly.

Then don’t calculate. Try & error.

Silly me. All I need just record a video and make an animation with number of each frame then look in the video to see how many frames actually passed by within 1 second.

Make the animation length accordingly and enjoy the full music with less laggy maybe.

Hmmmm... Something is... off?
I am using counter animation to get how many FPS the game actually produced and I got exact 15 frames same as Modenc stated, is the sound actually playing slower rate than usual?

What I do either 16 frames or 14 frames will the result is differ. I must try.
