This is the definitive version of Washington DC in the RA universe. Probably.
You'll need the Terrain Expansion. Get it and some TX-related drama here: https://ppmforums.com/viewtopic.php?p=564306#564306

Most of the work was made by Mig Eater, but he left it unfinished.
I request he send it to me, maybe I'd finish it.

I say I almost, but not quite, got the job done.

The terrain is mostly Mig Eaters, except for the few rows of cells to the very right which I've kinda marked. That portion was made by me.

Below are two pics for comparison. Mig Eater's incomplete map, and my incomplete finishing touches.
