I try to close OS: SHP Builder 3.22, then get an error. I have to hit CTRL-ALT-DELETE just to close it. (ALT-F4 doesn't work; I've tried)

This can happen with any other program once something goes wrong with your windows. Not a bug. The program closes fine.

There is no point posting bugs unless u give information. if its an access violation then it is a SERIOUS problem. But saying "there is a bug when closing" won't let banshee know whats going on (so he can't do a thing about it)

It is an access violation. Happens at random times here as well. Haven't used it enough recently to figure out when it does it though.
