I try to convert 3ds to vxl but no texture is out

I haven't played 3ds for a long time and they are pretty much rusty in my head right now. See the attach file.

All I got after convert is white object without any texture.

I am using bmp but still no luck, what should I do please help. I would like to know how because this will help me a lot.

The 3DS file doesn't have any textures applied to it.

That's what I thought however I am suceed this trick by using SketchUp instead of 3Ds Max. When export with SketchUp all texture are in the 3ds. You can't open with 3ds max it won't see the texture but when using 3ds2vxl the texture is included.
