A text only update on what I'm doing with NCM and what I plan to do in the near future. And it begins!

-Can't see the forest for the Trees:

With The DVD's help, I have edited the ISO-Temp palet to include 12 new shades of green, which will greatly help with making new trees and plants for NCM. Again like the abandoned buildings, some of the fona will be from SimCity 3000, others will be made by myself (i.e. the Tiberium Spore)

-New Tiberium Type:

I have enabled the third unused tiberium type in NCM. I haven't yet decided what color or value it will be, or for the matter if it will even be Tiberium...  

-Expanded Cities

Cities won't be so dull looking in NCM. There will more abandonded structures and more futuristic skyscapers. Yes, unlike what GDI and Nod wanted you to belive in TS, parts of the civilized world have surrived the Tiberian Plague.
