Can we de(globalize) the Building die and damaged sound?
BuildingDie sound and BuildingDamaged Sound is in [AudioVisual]
BuildingDie and BuildingDamaged tag cannot be used in each structure individually. No matter if I am using BuildingDamaged=none it still plays according to [AudioVisual]
If I remove the sound out of [AudioVisual] all buildings sound will be gone.
My creation consists of so many dummy buildings to fire a specific SW at the given moment then selfkill so the kaboom sound of dummy building is disturb me a lot. no explosion anim and debris occurs except sound. QUICK_EDIT
Thank you. Can we customized damaged building sound specifically for some building? I don’t like to have crumbling sound on my Minecraft TNT QUICK_EDIT
Not exactly, you could just remove the global damaged sound and give each structure their own sound for taking damage, though it will play each time it is hit.
Code:
[GACNST]
DamageSound=BearSelect

Thanks… the damaged part isn’t a big deal but at least if I can solve the building die sound. That is enough for me, I hope Ares or Phobos can do something with this in the future so we can play with non buildings too. QUICK_EDIT
Make a dummy sound or use one of the others that already exist with no waves attached like TanyaFear/YuriFear or something. Put that as your DieSound on the special building. _________________ http://www.moddb.com/mods/scorched-earth-ra2-mod-with-smart-ai QUICK_EDIT
