Besides the obvious room for graphical improvement, I would suggest in the future you try making the buildup do more than one thing at a time. By that I mean most WW buildups plonk a base/floor that expands to full size, and the base building grows at the same time as some of the features, it's not just leapfrogging. There's no fluidity when something has to finish growing before something else starts.

It looks good and I wanted to test it. The files are as follows:

tesla tower.shp --> MK
tesla tower _a.shp  --> Main
tesla tower_b.shp  --> Activeanim

However, I was unable to make it show in-game, no idea why.
Only camo shows, structure is invisible.

wow i am surprised that no one noticed until now that the building doesnt work

rename the files:
tesla tower       >ngttwrmk
tesla tower_a    >ngttwr
tesla tower_b    >ngttwr_a

then go into your .shp editor, open ngttwr, and edit it so it has 6 frames total, 1 normal frame, 2 damage
frames, then the shadow frames in that order

I also did the proper rename but that was it.

it's strange because there are other structures working with 4 or even 3 frames.

I'd really like to actually test it in-game. Could do as a Tesla Research Lab.

I managed to fix it, thanks for the tip.
Will attach the fixed version here.
