Hello mortals! I always wanted to make ,,Professor X styled" madman in a wheelchair with mind control ability, as Yuri clone. Then, accidentally, recently I saw a model made for Wc3 from tillinghast. Then I finally got an idea, and start working on that.
Here you go. Psycho whose barely can walk, and uses a wheelchair for that, but has incredible mind potential. It has 8 frames. You also got one pcx cameo. Make yourself suitable.

I would make him be Allied side and using Phobos to have psychic inhibitor skill by breaking mind controlled unit. That would be awesome.

Thank you Mr.Hymn! And that what you suggest is actually nice idea. However, that unit should be cheap then since its only purpose is that. It would be useless against Allies and Soviets, only versus Yuri.
Also, it is weird for Allies to use man in wheelchair as soldier. Although not weird for Soviets, especially Yuri who is weirdo in game.

This is the right SHP for what I need now, thanks. I always wanted a different stolen tech yuri version that isn't stealth, chrono or reskined prime. Perhaps this guy can be made to fire the psi-blast automatically from distance without deploying as the default weapon. No mind control, but everytime he fires the blast 15% chance there will be an EMP that would stun everything in a small AOE.
