I'm thinking of buying an HP all in one for art, android gaming and pc gaming on a budget.

What I don't understand is that the i3-10300T is 4 cores but runs at 3GHZ and the i5 11500T is 6 cores but running at 1.5GHZ.

Though the i5 has 2 more cores, each core is running at half the speed of the i3.

So wouldn't an all in one with a i3 be better for running android games and older pc games like NFS and Supreme Commander ?

Why would you get either of those though? You can get a decent Ryzen setup with more performance for the same price I bet.

But to answer your Q, most games are still not multi-threaded, and certainly not above 4 cores anyway, so you'd want the one with higher clockspeed for better single-thread performance.
