AFAIK nope.

If you are trying to find the correct pal for a specific file you can press Ctrl+P when using XCC Mixer to bring up a list of all the pal files available. You can can then go through the list until you find one that matches the file you have selected.

you can also cycle through all of the paletes one at a time in xcc by holding ctrl and pushing [ or ]
