i need someone to lend me a .pal with an extended range of blues so i can compile this building and write it's art entry. once
im happy with it ingame, ill release the building along with the raw frames so other people can convert it into their own .pal

note that the chrono anim will most likely use anim.pal

Can't you use XCC Mixer to get a PAL out of a PNG? I vaguely recall that was a thing?

For animations.

The most reliable way to create palettes for the Big 4 is to render the result without shadow and remap, throw the frames to GIMP, create a 239 colored PNG, then manually introduce the shadow frame and the remap gradient, since those slots and no-unlight are hardcoded on WW.

good to know. i didnt want to make a special .pal for this one building since that would bog down performance
so in the end i decided to render it in the gross vanilla colors, and anyone who doesnt like that can copy the
art and recompile the building from frames for their own mod
