Is there a way to code the crates so that then it comes to giving units, it will only give you units belonging to that faction when picked up ?

Like if a Yuri unit picks a crate, it will only give Yuri's unit and not a Russian or Allied unit.

Not in vanilla, and it doesn't sound like something Ares would add. You could see about requesting Phobos add something like it?

Although personally, I like to make the unique units all Crategoodie=yes so that a new player can get a taste of those other nations.
