Does anyone know about tool for making AI in RA2YR that support Ares and Phobos (Not DCoder one)?

That one is the best one currently out, but doesn't support the new script actions ARES and PHOBOS add, which is a shame.

AIEditor update supports both Ares and Phobos script actions:

Ares script actions support existed for past 3 years and Phobos script action numbers were finalized only recently which is also included in the latest update.

Updating of any changes or adding new script actions is just a matter of INI entry updates in config\yr.ini file which can be done by any modder themselves.

Thanks for previous help, now I have another question, how to make my cncnet5 work with Ares 3.0p1 please?

Elevation means those exe files need admin rights to run.

Thanks for help, now I got this error when play the game, happen only in map (3)Killer Instict when Observer the match which 3 players.

You mean my AI editor Amphora that has hundreds of features, including content awareness, custom actions, error checking and debug support, all bug free? No, it hasn't been released yet. Probably next year.
