PR#636 is extending toward where selected engineers will show a different mouse cursor when they're about to damage a building instead of capturing it.

As requested by cchyper, attached is mouse.shp, with these additional frames at the end:


Start frame: 397
end frame: 406

Alternatively, also attached: frames for blue arrows with red attack cursors

can tiberian sun engineer force fire allied building to capture it yet?

in a playtest player lost MCV and tried to capture the one from ally.
