I'm looking for a workaround to create flash grenades as secondary weapons for SEALs and SASs (using the Gattling Logic) that disables infantry for a short time, but don't know where to start.
Is there something like the EMP but for infantry only? I don't want to create invisible walls around them which destroy themselves over time, that would be too complex and would interfere with the battlefield.
Couldn't find any info on it on the web neither, so... if it was already asked somewhere or there is already an answer please point me in the right direction.

You could use an EMP weapon & add ImmuneToEMP=no to all infantry, but the "flash grenades" would effect units & buildings too tho.

A more controlled method would be to use an AttachEffect= weapon with a negative SpeedMultiplier= & ROFMultiplier=, which will disable any infantry for the duration of the AttachEffect. You can specify it to only effect infantry armour types too.

I will try, thank you!
On the other hand, is it possible by now to use a "transparent" SHP (or in other words empty SHP) for AttachEffect, or do I have to make a fancy-looking animation?

You dont need to & never had to add any animations for an AttachEffect to work.
