In the original game, CTECH shares the same SHP file with CIV3. I find Atomic_Noodles made a separate file for CTECH When I skim through the pack, so I decide to expand this idea a bit.

CIV3:
- Increased Die Frames number from 13 to ‘standard’ 15
- Decreased Cheer Frames number from 9 to ‘standard’ 8
