Hmm. This is probably related to you running a high-resolution ultrawide display - none of our current staff has such a monitor, meaning DTA is untested on it.
There's two possible work-arounds:
1) Temporarily reduce your desktop resolution. 2K and everything below are at least confirmed to work. Launch DTA, set a lower client resolution like 2K, and save the settings. Then revert your desktop resolution back to your monitor's native resolution.
2) Open the Settings.ini file inside DTA's directory. Under the [Video] section, add the following keys:
