My rulesmd.ini [Countries] list is already ok. But I take this message and the game closes.Any ideas or solutions ?

In game menu,music is ok, but I even can not here mouse ticking sounds of main menu bars. What is going on ? Please...

There may be missing/corrupted/inaccessible files. Suggest trying with fresh installation.

Also check in options whether volume is there for sound.

I have handled. All was my forgeting,foolishness. I just forgot to erase "EC" (Everything Competible.dll. files) I just tried to do something else with the WIC project (it is like Kratos dll.) I now just use Ares and Phobos for modding since more flexible and stable. Now I erased the foreigner dll.s and everything seem to be OK. Thanks E1 Elite General!
