A Dawn of War player wished this from "EvilRenegade" decades ago.It is not at exactly MPB system. But can be done similar with "KillWeapon" tag by Phobos, using AEs...

KillWeapon=with a CellSpread,enemies can be made less powerful with a duration                           ; WeaponType


KillWeapon.OnFirer= Reverse Effect of above, there is no need to explain too much.                  ; WeaponType


Even "ExpireWeapons" of AEs can trigger chain reactions...Tint feedback is awesome for following the things right, or not...

Earning veterancy, earning money by bounty, and now this !

Every player will think twice if throwing units into fire, worty or not, players pleasure....   #Tongue  

I know,Psychedelic=yes never works on own units, but I will give it a try if it works by KillWeapon or AE's Expire weapon ? Let's give it a chance...Don't give too much Duration= not to break the balance...  Very Happy

In order to use "ExpireWeapon's" chain reactions,(for example,Psychedelic=yes)
"ExpireWeapon.UseInvokerAsOwner= " must be yes !

Otherwise, doesn't work, but "KillWeapon=" and "KillWeapon.OnFirer="  always work. I gave short Durations,
so it works as intended with a perfect balance..

Sounds like an interesting mechanic and making players think twice about fighting now that will change a lot

Any footage of this system you speaking of? Or any mod to try

I see no mods trying this,until now.Some mods will definetely will try this.

But ,there is a rumor that AttachEffects can cause more lag. Kratos.dll's  lags  are the worst !

Also Kratos dll. has a lot of conflicts with Phobos.dll... So, I don't use it anymore.(Kratos is the Best results for new logics ,but worst FPS even in a single player skirmish game...)

I suggest to use in between 30-40 frame durations of Phobos' AEs for this one, yes, small effect ,but believe or not the difference is unbelievable. Also 40 damage and CellSpread=5  is enough  for AEs Expire weapon for Psychedelic Warhead that gives panic effect.
