Seems 3.38 beta 34 is broken with the 64bit update and is the reason for the Range Check error. 3.38 beta 26 does work though.

Describe the steps you were doing to allow me to recreate this range check error here, because countless code bugs can cause range check errors.

OK click on resize canvas window on any SHP with later (64-bit) builds.
