I read alot in this forum about HVA but i dont realy get it....what is HVA' s importance for voxels?

evry single voxel needs a corresponding HVA so that it doesnt crash your computer, the HVA is the file that contains data for where sections of a Multi-section voxel go and animation data. If you look at the manual for the HVA builder, Vxl Viewer, And maybe Vxlse III there will be more in-depth description there.

you can just copy one and rename it to be the same as your voxel

HVA's are used to modify the voxel so its rotated, moved, etc so u can have animation. To allign parts of a tank, the barrel, turret and body you don't use the hva. But its easyest to do with OS: HVA Builder with the voxel offset tool. The program will also create blank hva's.
