We've all seen the Beta pictures(i hope). so why not try to Re-Create some of the beta TS voxels? Yes,the remap ones. i've done the TS ORCA. (all remaps and such.),have the Recon Bike somewhere. why not give the other units a shot? hell,if somebody really wanted to,i guess you COULD TRY to re-create the old E1 from the screenies..

But why would WW delete such lines of code,and no reference to them AT ALL in the INIs? like in RA2(AlliedBasic=E1 Soviet Basic=E2). seems like a waste of time on WW's part..and just as i suspected. that 'heavy tank' on the bridge,shooting the GDI units,is,a Tick Tank. only with 2 barrels. its our Tick Tank,alright.

Maybe they made them separately, but then decided it was too much hard work to make different survivors from buildings/vehicles.

rofl. Could you re-create the E1? somehow? reminds me. WEED.SHP has the INFDIE anim in UNITTEMP.Pal if you need it. all it would need are Standing,Idle,Firing,Death,Crawl frames. and crawling arent needed,either. just put Fearless=yes.

Also, do you not think WW wanted destroyed vehicles to give some form of useful unit? Do you have any better beta screenies of TS, ones which aren't in 99% compression jpeg?

EDIT: Just looking around for beta TS pictures, I found that both GDI and Nod E1s had black heads and I also found this:

That harv has the black bits on that harvesing device. I also see a titan destruction anim, titan !projectile image! and some jumjet dudes. The ion ring sux, I made a much better one which is exclusive to Tiberium Odyssee (see forum at alpha mods section).

I might try doing the prerelease infantry. Also I gonna recreate the trailer and some projectiles.

I could do the tick tank, but I'd need Jah to help me on the deploying frames, but you knew that.

About the Stealth tank Sub APC, I could do the Stealth tank, even though I think it's just a converted TD Stealth tank; Sub APC is just a more remap version of current.

Ok, I'll do it when I get a chance. I did the Sub APC, but I cant post it now, I went to go clean my room, and XP automaticly logged me out, and my mom won't tell me the password. AND they just left to get some fuel for the oilburner.

1:the tanks on the > are 4TNKs,the one on the < is a BETA TICK TANK. it is the same basic body of the TTNK. the turret and the top (where the turret 'slides' up in he deploying state) look like one huge turret,because the remap is exactly the same.

Gah, your right, it was hard to see, as the turret is soo small and camoflauged, but it would make a good heavy tank, in the way I'd imagined it.

The black marks on the side, look like mammoth tusk pods, and the black mark in the center is the lid where a tank driver would hop in and give em hell! Twisted Evil

I see no arties on the first screen... just 2 full-remap MCVs, 3 bikes and 3 harvs (btw harv shapes are slightly different from the ingame version)

But on the second screen there is and ARTY in the bottom left corner.

ugh...if that IS arty,then why the hell is it's turret so messed up in the final game? it looks fine there. (then again,WW only showed 1 angle of the artillery..except in the ION screenshot..)

It isnt that bad if you ask me. on the Harvesters its nice,the MCVs. but some units look godawful(the Recon Bike.. Neutral )

Good, but how is it better than the original? If you want details - here you are. This render is made by Gooch.

Just noticed that AlphaImage for the lightpost is different. I someone could bother to add an AlphaImage to every civ city building which has built-in light posts. Also maybe some glowing windows (like night cities in Generals).

If every one who knows how to do it would be a pair of buildings' alphas -- that would be enuff...

I hate the whole APC desgine at times. its just not efficiant if you ask me. (for troops exiting/entering the vehicle) i mean,they have to climb from(to) the top,then off the ladder. all of this time they are perfect fodder for enemies.
