How do I make the AI more aggressive?

I have a problem with AI.
I made a very cheap infantry (1-5$) and made a team that should attack with about 40 soldiers.
The problem is that AI attacks me once for every 15-20 minutes, despite the fact that whole team costs about 140$ Confused

How do I make AI attacks more frequent?

Search, in the rules.ini, this this: TeamDelays=
Make all the numbers smaller to reduce the times between attacks. There are lots of other useful AI tags there to make it more of a challenge, including how much money it receives from dumps (i.e. the amount it cheats).
