I have a problem with colours.
I made a new harvester, but a cockpit glass which I painted black is pink ingame Confused .
Also I enabled HBOX animation, but it has a green shadow.
How do I fix them?

That is the old Red Alert pillbox, which is in the wrong palette. The harvester, however, has one of the first or last 16 colours being used somewhere.

It should be possible in OS SHP Builder. If you open it and put the correct Red Alert palette on it (you'll have to manually extract it and load it) then click on the Replace Colour button, select Palette Conversion and use unittem.pal.
If you don't have Red Alert, I'll get the palette for you later. If you do, just cycle through until the colours look right (I think all of them work, to be honest).

I tried loading RA1 palette, and and converting to TS one, but it just removes the remap, and the shadow stays green Confused ...

You'll probably have to sort that out manually then, I'm afraid.

Pay attention to the "Colours To Spare" list when converting palettes. There you can set up the colours that won't be changed, like background (#0) and remaps (#16-#31).
