Hmm no,its a little dull in that blank square place a picture and make the text stand out a bit more then it would be cool.

the blank square on the right must be left free coz things like "creating theories on likly enemy plan" and something like that would apper here

It aint bad, but it looks like the action is back in 1980, not 2045. I mean it looks too old for a 2045 computer.

Spelling corrections:

>"Sattelite" should be "Satellite"
>"Avaiable" should be "Available"

A few other fixes too:

>"Expected amount of enemys" should be "Expected enemy resistance" (or something else that makes sense).
>"Cam03" should be "Sat03", surely?

Finally, I'd make all the text (yellow, red and green) much brighter so that it is a bit easier to read.

Another spelling mistake is 'Objectivs'. It should be 'Objectives'. Also, Tech Centre, not Center.

in the country called england english is spoken correctly its centre anyone who says otherwise isnt speaking english

I know perfectly well that in the UK and every other English-speaking country in the world (other than the US), everyone says centre. In America, they use center. That, unfortunately, causes numerous errors when coding in HTML since I always use centre. I'd personally like to see Americans type centre, but I doubt it'll ever work. Well I got two people to.

Anyway, back on topic. I agree with ackron about the exclamation mark situation. I wouldn't imagine a miltary briefing containing them at all.
