they might look good in RA2

Looks good, if a bit flat Smile

BTW, if you do stars like this:

=======X=======
=====XXXXX=====
======XXX======
======X=X======

They will look much neater. You can still add the white outline afterwards.
I've attached an example below, so that you can see for yourself:

Thanks, I actually considered moving to RA2 just because the VXLs are bigger but as of yet I can't get RA2 to play on linux.

I've done dual boot, But decided my laptop would not run windows,
I have TS running and the OS tools mostly work.  I figure I'll find the clue I need to get RA2 running eventually.

Weird. If RA2 would have worked on Linux (+wine), I would have forgotten about windows for a long time. What Linux do you have installed? I have Red Hat Linux Fedora Core 3 and 1.

Slack 10.1 no. Wait! This happens when Ra2 doesnt find it's registry. Not even a crack would help. Maybe on Lindows (Linspire in EU) works Smile.

yea thats what I read, missing reg, well I got it to run under Point2Play.  The cravates were I used the setup.exe in the setup dir, and took a few tries as the mouse icon would dissapear, it was near impossible to figure out where the mouse was, I got as far as the EULA.   but it eventually installed, units dont go boom Smile  maybe later I'll adjust this unit for ra2
