Helipad (And now WarFac) Eye Candy

I got back to messing around with gmax > yafray exporter again and decided to fix up the Helipad as my test subject. I want to compare this with the old render, look the the "My First True Render" thread.

ok Anderwin dont do that it is quite annoying. yes i did that to when i was new to these forms but i stoped right ok so two or even one still expreses that love or suprise whatever.

I've done a little cleanance on his post to the scrolling of this page easier.

I present the War Factory! I got lucky and found a brand new exporter for Gmax that adds lots of neat new effects, one of which is fog. Now I can make ture Tiberian Sun renders!

Yes, there is a 3DMax version! You can get it at:

You'll also need Yafray, which actually does the rendering, you can get that here:

I think the ground came out like that beacuse of my specular highlight settings on the bumpmap. I haven't messed around to much with the ground, just trying to get it to export without crashing! #Tongue
