I will try to help with SHP's, but I have never figured out the SHP Builder or Voxel editor. To complicated for me lol.
2 or 3 Voxlers.
1 or 2 SHP makers.
1 or 2 coders. As of I can do coding as well.
If you like to be a staff member, you may pm me or post in this tread, but please do not say this will suck already, as of this has started and will need some time to make.
I will try to put out a beta version as soon as possible.
I am also trying The Hive as a hosting site for my mod. I am still waiting for an aswer from The Hive.
This is the Story Line for "The Battle for Mechs".
If anyone posts the "needpics" image, I will have Banshee or Clazzy delete it, cuz as of right now, there are no screenies. This is just the Story Line for "The Battle for Mechs" mod.

So, you believe that the current country system and balance of power will be the same now as in a millennium? If you're going to make a mod, at least make the story coherent and logical. Also, it's spelled Nazi, not Natzi. _________________

I know its spelled Nazi, I think the Natzi gives it some more of a name. Thats in my opinion.

someone like hitler wouldnt have any changse here in germany.
although, at about 35% of the people here think a bit like hitler. we have got a really big problem with people coming from turkey, waiting 5 jears in a flat without working. but they get money. enugh money to go back to turky and have a nice life there. or they stay and think they can do what they want.
in my town we have a area called "little istanbul". 83% of the people there are turkish.
however, the storyline sounds good to me, but plz use something other than nazis.
everywhere in the world the people think "fu***** germans".
but hey, the war was 60 jears ago! its not our fault!
if you need some "bad guys" in your mod, look at some turkish familieys: if their daughters fall in love with an german man, they were killed.
last week that happend again here. a turkish man shot his sister, coz she loved an german man.
there are so many "bad guys" out in the world... why does everyone see the germans as "nazis"??? we are humans, just like you, the war is over.
and, if you look a bit at the reasons for the world war II, you can see: the peace contract set after the world war I was really unfair!
GB, france and even the USA broke the contract. thats why hitler was able to reign germany. we sould pay more then 61 milliards of goldmark. (at about 759 milliards dollars) to the victors of the first war. but they took EVERYTHING away. how to pay such an amount of money, if you have NOTHING?? not even a tractor or a cow they let us.
i dont want to defend what hitler has done.
you cant defent that. he killed millions of people.
but plz think about what i wrote. there was an reason why hitler reignt germany. and now, plz i said it above and ill say it again: the germans living thoday are not responsible for the world war II. we are no nazis.
think about it.

I was originally confused by the story, but the time line thing cleared me up. Now, why is there a gap of 915 years in a war between soviets and americans? With the technology of the moment, wars would take few years... but this is fighting for inumerous generations. did you confuse 3000 and 2100? _________________

I will be putting the mod on hold for awhile as I will be going to Virginia to visit family and watch both of my cuzins 8 grade continuations. I will be back in a couple of weeks.

Are you the same guy at Sleipnir's Stuff, that I was arguing with? About the strategic pointlessness of mechs? You will be making mechs much weaker than tanks, right? Because, in reality, this would be the case.
Also, no Nazis, that is not only a cliche but also a very crappy bad guy. Make up one, in the future the political geography of the the planet will have changed meaning new political entities can take the stage. In my mod, all of my political entities are completely new but they had a basis in the current state of affairs. Also, you'll need a Kane-esque character, it is the only way for one an assymetrical threat to become symetrical.

Thanks DedmanWalkin. Anywho, I rarely post at SleipnirStuff. I think that forum is kinda dead in a way lol. They rarely have new annoucenemts and stuff. Their front page has the same news for a long time. And I dont remember aruing with anyone at SleipnirStuff.
