Interesting, but your signature is too big, it should be with dark green and not blue and it'd be better if it's on the right bottom of the pic.

I think the first is best, the text should be smaller, and rasters are what you use in PSP by default. They're all the brushes, and, well, everything except for vectors.

Racing is spelt wrong, I personally think these style pieces are rather boring? The last one with silver is the best in my opinion.

Dude, Sk8ter Kid, I found PSP9 tuts, they arnt worth a try. They dont tell much. Ive already looked. and most of the tuts are for the older PSPs.

It doesnt matter if they are for older version of a program. I highly doubt a software company would remove features as they progressed.

As for the images above, they seem to be very repetative, and plain. Ask sk8erkid said, just search google for some tutorials. Theres no point in asking for help if you just turn your nose up at it.

Its simple but sweet... my guess is that you made a gradient. and about the rasters, aint it under

Layers > New Raster Layer? its like that in psp7
