Actually, most of that last screen aint fake. I remember seeing a sidebar, in that style, for TS once before. I don't remember where. I might be wrong, though, what I DO know, is the actual map itself aint fake (And the buildings/units aint either). Maybe just the sidebar, if anything.

I have a lot more where those came from. Wink

New? have you honestly never seen any of these pictures before?

Also, Tiberian Sun was never, at any point during development, suppsed to have a horizontal bar. Every single screenshot with that bar is faked.

It's based off real images, with bits cut and pasted onto it, hence the whole right-hand side of the picture looking terrible.

I remember reading something Eric Gooch said on the tiberiumsun forums that a lot of the explosions seen in these beta shots were also sexed up to promote the game before release. Which is ashame, because most of those explosions look so damn tasty *drool*

yea, most was. but you can get alot of real looking explotions on the net, then convert them into shp. and i have also noticed the jumpjet troop looks a bit differnt in the first shot.....

The beta infantry,that looked good,and where useable for both factions. they probally had 1 SHP for the Disk thrower,and he shared it with the Mine thrower untill they merged the units.

That, my mindless friend, is what happens when you use a huge, sharp, & unbreakable ninja sword on an Amphibious APC. Actually, it's just a glitch where only half of the APC was copied.
