Creates a huge shield around your base that you will see and emp any enemy units that go in it.

i think coding of this would be impossible

it would have one emp-inflicting weapon for a certain radius
but this weapon does not switch targets i'm afraid so your precious shield would keep emping one enemy coming in and would let the rest massacre your base

Perhaps not, if DistributedFire=yes is a valid tag in TS, it is in RA2 but I can't remember about TS.

It isn't, I just had a check. It isn't mentioned at all in the game.exe, therefore the building is rather impossible to make work properly.

you can have a sheild type base defense with a radial indicator but it wont be able to be emp or it will continually fire on a target until it is destroyed.

if you want to have a "killScreen" style sheild make a building with a weapon with a minimum range only just shorter than its maxium range give it a radial indicator equal to its range and you are set.
