THe majority of it is, unfortunately. I don't consider the C&C Encyclopaedia accurate, especially since the timelines DON'T merge.

sorry for maybe rude reply, but i find that encyclopedia quite dumb...

they even say that RA is linked with TS and Westwood said it doesnt because and i quote "Red alert belongs to ANOTHER universe"

and i read somewehre that Joe Kucan said that his appearance in end of RA1 was just thing to confuse players and has nothing with TS
