1. What happened to gen.Sheppard from TD ?
2. What happened with Havoc from TD ?
3. When did GDI made Philadelphia Space station ?
4. (again) How was Genesis Pit created and what is it ? (not what does it do) since we see on videos it existed in TD already but no info on it...

5. According to time frame between TD and TS, Scrin ship needs ~30 years to come to earth, does Toxic Planet (web) tells truth about them (that they are dying and they inted to use explosion of planet to come on Earth ?) - or speculation ?

6. How did Tratos got ability to translate Tascitus ? Confused

7. Why does gen.Vega says that Kane MADE the Scrin ship, and why does Kane says that "it was built during the 1st war" ?

Most likely he got the baility from his tiberium mutation, perhaps akin to the effect melange has on CHOAM pilots in Dune.

These don't contradict each other. Kane could have made it in the First Tiberian War, or Vega could have been misinformed.

if Kane made it then how could he MADE the scrin database (tascitus)

if Vega has been misinformed then why Kane admits that it was built during 1st war...
