XIFs/Cameos? An easy way?

2 things:

1.Anyway i could get some XIF/Cameos from someone?

Basically i got this program called TibEd v1.6 and im assuming you can just Import XIF files in like it says you can. Which in turn means i can import cameos?

2. If thats not how it works then is there an easy way to get new icons for the units in the game that dont have icons? I dont have alot of time and all the turorials ive seen have you use a bunch of programs and lookv ery time consuming.

erm dude, one thing. Do Not Use TibED, it sucks! no matter what, and as for the cameos, use OS SHP to convert your image into a SHP and put it in a mix file, then assign the cameo to the unit you want in the art.ini with the tag cameo=(then the name of you cameo XXX.SHP)

TibEd is utter crap,it wrecks your rules nearly.Tip,use notepad,its 500 times neater and faster to load.TibEd is a nasty cheap way to make mods.

Ive been using notepad. Just got TibEd installed few minutes ago and seen the Export/Import feature thing. I thought it looked like crap though so i uninstalled it anyways lol. Notepad is so much easier.

As for:

How big do i make the images(any color restrictions?) and what progam should i use because i dont have any photo editing progames besides Picture It Embarassed
