Everytime the game has to load a menu in TS (such as, main menu screen, and the skirmish screen), my game freezes up for like 5 minutes, and after 5 minutes, the only way to continue is to alt-tab afterwords and go back in (then it continues to work).

This is very annoying. I just want a normal game of RotD, but this keeps happening. BTW, this happens with normal TS and everything. Also, i have checked for viruses, i NEVER run programs with games, and defragmented my drive. Also, all my other C&C games work (YR for example)

Re-installing IS NOT possible, because my CD-Key has been lost on the back of a CD Case that went missing one strange morning (disadvantages with living with a faimly with 1 computer  Mad )

Of course, the mods wouldnt work without it Wink


Would the issue be possiblly solved, if i re-download the files in the patch and place them in the TS folder? Because of the fact that the files might of be garbled from all the mods... i dunno :\

i get that if i play sometimes, it mainly where the game is having truble reading the CD, or high CPU usage.

i doubt its either of those, as my CPU isnt using much power to run this game, and also because this happens no matter what CD i put in.
