What up guys can somebody tell how i can edit a .BAG file i need any answers please can anyone tell me i want to edit the AUDIO.BAG from Red Aert 2

As ModEnc says, the XCC Mixer includes a Sound Editor, which can edit the audio.bag file.
I have also edited the topic title to reflect the question.
