Hostile Takeover [RA2] Temporarily shut down....
This mod takes place in an alternate timeline to both Red Alert and the Tiberian universes. Massive corporations have risen, developing much of the technology the world runs on. Whoever controls this technology, in theory, would rule the world. The 2 foremost corporations in this struggle are UpLink International (Ok, I'm Tom Clancy fanatic. You got me.) and ArmsTech Corp. UpLink strives to keep the peace among nations, but recent actions from the ArmsTech corp have gained suspicion. ArmsTech has been hiring hackers, thieves and mercenaries to bring down UpLink, and bring them to their knees. Several terrorist attacks and hacking attacks have occured on UpLink facilities around the globe. This is where you come in. Fight with UpLink to restore balance, or join the profit-minded Armstech in their war for world domination.

Those corporations ruling and fighting each othe reminds me of Armored core 2 and 3.I liked the idea of each corporation struggling for domination. _________________ QUICK_EDIT
Marine- The grunt troops of UpLink are equipped with M4 carbines and are better armored than ArmsTech's Mercenaries. They can also provide a tactical advantage in cities with their ability to garrison buildings. $350
UpLink Engineer- The technical training given to the engineers of UpLink gives them the ability to perform field maintinence on vehicles at a slightly higher cost than a standard engineer. $650
Schutzhund- The loyal guard dogs of UpLink, they can detect spies and shred infantry with ease. UpLink's Guard Dogs have a slight speed advantage over ArmsTech's.$250
Stinger Infantry- Armed with stinger rocket launchers, these infantry are effective on tanks and can reduce aircraft to scrap in seconds. $650
Sword Operative- Armed with XM-8 Rifles & C-4, these commandos make short work of infantry and vehicles and can demolish structures with ease. $1000
Black Ops- Armed to the teeth, these Sword Op elites are equipped with XM-109 sniper rifles with explosive loads, making them equally dangerous to infantry & vehicles. In addition, they are amphibious, so they can also harrass naval units with a grenade launcher.

It's a simple, yet, likeable mod. I like it. And for the name, I say no. How 'bout, 'War of the Corporations? This mod sounds good. I'm definatly gonna check it out. Any screenies? _________________ Destroy to create. All for the hunt to dominate!
Merc- ArmsTech's counter to marines, while not as heavily armed or armored, they can be just as deadly in an urban battlefield. $200
Ex-Spetsnaz- ArmsTech has recently been dealing with these Russian operatives, and our spy sattelites have seen them gathering in large groups near ArmsTech facilites. Not to be ignored, these soldiers can level buildings with ease, and are just as deadly against infantry with their modified AK 103 rifles. $1000
Terrorist- Unlike prevous incarnations of suicide bombers, these maniacs have gained access to nuclear material, allowing for a higher payload and radiation fallout. $750
ArmsTech Engineer- While not as proficient in vehicle maintenence as UpLink's, these engineers have opted for weapons. Armed with a Saiga 12K automatic shotgun, they can hold their own against an several UpLink Marines, and can kill dogs before they get too close. $750
BioTech Expert- Armed with a horrifying new biological gas grenade launcher, these soldiers can reduce entire battalions of infantry to pools of bloody sludge in seconds. However, this weapon is useless agianst vehicles. $1350
PKM Gunner- These troops are not to be taken lightly, as they present a significant threat to all units, armored or not. Attack them before they can deploy their guns, or suffer the consequences.

UpLink Vehicles
Rhino APC- Fast and light, it can transport 5 infantry across the battlefield much faster than they could walk. Armed with a heavy machinegun. $550
Jaguar Medium Tank- Armed with a 110mm gun, this is the workhorse of UpLink's forces. $750
Panther Heavy Tank- Armed with a 125mm Cannon, this tank is capable of smashing ground vehicles with ease.
$1200
Tomahawk Launcher- Armed for long-range bombardment, these vehicles launch a huge payload that can devastate buildings and infantry or vehicles standing idle. $1400
Mobile Particle Cannon- Based off of UpLink's Orion Sattelite weapons system on a much smaller scale, this unit can annihilate anything in its path. Thick armor and this weapon take its toll on the vehicle's speed however, so this nit often lags behind the rest of the attack force. $1900
Archer SAM Tank- Armed with newly devloped Albatross anti-aircraft missiles, this vehicle is a severe threat to all airborne units. $1300

Updated...UpLink's color scheme is dark green & black, and Armitage uses tan & silver.
I need Ideas for Armitage units...can anyone help me out here? QUICK_EDIT
Spider-Man_2099's Abrams is very comenly used in mods, i am saying this because it is in my mod, Red_reble's mod, and your mod, but it is very good so it is ok.

Alright, the votes ave been cast, you decided to change Armitage's name...but I have no ideas on that...ideas would be nice...

I dont think so. You Could make a unit with a sheildish thing around it. But You would need to make a second hp bar for the sheild. _________________ IM A COMPLETE MORON QUICK_EDIT
Venom Powered Armor- Built for speed, this Exoskeleton is an excellent Anti-Infantry unit, it can chew through light infantry with ease with its Twin chainguns. QUICK_EDIT

The Imperium
As for the third faction....here it is.
The Imperium (temporary name...I kinda hit a stumbling block)

The Imperium appeared from seemingly nowhere, and their motives are uncertain at this point. However, they seem to be spreading across the world like a pandemic, and their troops show little mercy and are deadly efficient. The list below details some of their units.
Infantry
----------------
Phantom Trooper- Armed with plasma rifles, these infantry are far more deadly than mercenaries or marines. Capable of dealing a much more powerful punch due to the rifle's rate of fire, these infantry are often used in large groups, so be wary. $350
Spectre Vanguard- Armed with what at first appeared to be a cut-down rocket launcher, further inspection has revealed that the launcher coats the rocket in high-energy plasma, allowing for greater firepower. $750
Vehicles
----------------
Reaper Tank- Armed with twin plasma guns, it only inflicts light damage with each shot, but has an incredible rate of fire. Equally dangerous against aircraft. $800
Cerberus Tank- Armed with 3 120mm guns, this tank can scrap most light vehicles with 1 or 2 salvos. Heavier vehicles take little more effort. Beware of these units. $1300
