Once upon a time, there was this guy, who was moddding his rules.ini. Somehow, he managed to F*** up with the game, and now he has a problem: His game freezes when it's loading and gets to the part "gathering intel on involved factions". Can you more "professional" modders help this poor guy?

Once upon a time, there was This PPM FAQ, made to avoid questions like these, that no one reads but it answers everyone's basic editing questions such as problems with "gathering intel on involved factions" that isn't related to rules.ini.
