I think he's requesting either a website layout or a tutorial detailing how to create one and needs it in order to gain favour with some girl.

Why is it strange? I actually read that it works quite well...i read that if you want to ask out a girl you can build her a nice website and put the invitation on it and you can also give it as a gift.
