No new game, buddies... but an interesting stuff..
If you check Generals site now, you'll find out what is the big thing, but you won't be able to see it yet.
Just to spoil, the videos will be used for promotion purposes about the C&C first decade... at least, this is what the title of the picture over there suggests with the expressions.... "Command & Conquer: The First Decade" and the evil words "Comming Soon".

It's not, but they are making one. Here's EA Apoc's message at the CNCDEN comments (after receiving a shitload of insults):
APOC wrote:
You guys should not be so quick to assume. We're 100% committed to the future of this franchise. I have not failed to realize what you guys want or what your screaming is all about, and neither has our development team. C&C The First Decade has more meaning than meets the eye, but let me clarify and remind, we're committed to the future of C&C. I suggest you read between the lines of my words.
I would not be here as a community manager to you or personable face if there was no reason. Take what you want from my words, but I can only assure you, put your fears and doubts to rest. Committed is a word I standby, and you have my word on that.
Take your conclusions. _________________

Well, to me it looks to be something related to the 10 years of CNC, so its probably just a collection of stuff over the years of CNC. I doubt it will have anything special, but there could be a few new things which we haven't seen before (doubtful), and perhaps with a small paragraph ending with a reference of "who knows what the future may hold"..
I doubt there will be anything about a new game, they might make references to it, but they won't reveal anything more about it. Curses.. foiled again. Have to wait a bit more to find out anything with the next CNC.. _________________ If there is a problem on the forums, PM me. QUICK_EDIT
No one gets the custom rank, I believe.
And the link actually doesn't go to the updated version, if you follow the link, then refresh the page it should show the banner.
I have to say its a nice pic _________________ If there is a problem on the forums, PM me. QUICK_EDIT

Tenth birthday for franchise means sweet gift for fans; A dozen games from the series for $40 this February.
It may be hard for fans of real-time strategy PC games to fathom, but the Command & Conquer series is a decade old. In commemoration of the big one-oh for the series, publisher Electronic Arts is offering a dozen PC Command & Conquer titles spanning 1995-2003 in one convenient package. The collection, titled Command & Conquer The First Decade, hits stores in February, and carries a price tag of $39.99.
The pack includes several standalone games, as well as their respective expansions. It's not just tanks versus jets, either. The franchise's varied universes are included, such as the sci-fi setting of the Tiberium Sun series, the alternate-history of the Red Alert chapters, and the new modern warfare of Generals.
In addition to the games, a bonus DVD includes plenty of intel on the franchise. Six video features are planned for the DVD, including an interview with Louis Castle, the series creator and co-founder of its birthplace, Westwood Studios. C&C veterans will also have their opportunity to be included in the DVD, as EA looks for the biggest fans of the series. To find out more details on the contest and have a chance to show the world what a true C&C fan is, head to the series' Web site.
All games included in Command & Conquer The First Decade are rated T for Teen.
Included in the pack are:
Command & Conquer (Aug. 1995)
Command & Conquer The Covert Operations (April 1996)
Command & Conquer Red Alert (Oct. 1996)
Command & Conquer Red Alert The Aftermath (Sept. 1997)
Command & Conquer Red Alert Counterstrike (Mar. 1997)
Command & Conquer Tiberian Sun (Aug. 1999)
Command & Conquer Tiberian Sun Firestorm (Feb. 2000)
Command & Conquer Red Alert 2 (Oct. 2000)
Command & Conquer Yuri's Revenge (Oct. 2001)
Command & Conquer Renegade (Feb. 2002)
Command & Conquer Generals (Feb. 2003)
Command & Conquer Generals Zero Hour (Sept. 2003)
Well, my guess of reviving the old games websites was similar I suppose.
