Kinda funny that EA's way to give back to the community is to resell the games to us along with our own fan creations. "Thanks for buying our games and making fan films for us. Here, please rebuy all the games and those great fan films you made!"
Hot that they didn't spend another meg or five to give us Sole Survivor too for the hell of it =P
I actually called this move by EA, posted at Renforums (sadly I edited out my price and specifics of games and fan films!). A couple people might remember me ranting to them over AIM about this in full. Errr.. to be honest my price quote was "$30-50", but I'd say that's right on the dot in terms of the average ^_- QUICK_EDIT
I dont have a couple of those....it would be the same price for me to go buy generals and zero hour and td (the ones i dont have) _________________ QUICK_EDIT
I think a lot of people would agree when I say it's an embarrasing chapter that should be forgotten, like that Star Wars holiday special. _________________
Personally i think community sites should boycott offical EA news and refuse to post any news until they do something worth while for the community. _________________ QUICK_EDIT
EA has more than enough money to release many games without profit, there's no way they're doing this to scrape together the money to make a new C&C game. _________________
