What he is saying is it not good, but he does not want to flame it... Maybe he is tired of that.
Or I am just crazy.
My Advice:
1: Too Bright. Darken it
2: Add a texture to it, like brick and add more of a shine to the windows.
3: Damaged frame needs to have more damage.
In short: Not good. _________________ YR modder/artist, DOOM mapper, aka evanb90

Cartoonish?
Pretty much any RA2 buildings fits that category.
I dont want to be rude, but that is not for RA2, but for Paint Wars(crummy made up game)
@Tobias: Put some more effort in your SHPS, and dont post them with such poor textures and quality. I made my Teleporter in 3 steps
1: MS Paint
2: Then I textured it in a more advanced program,
3: Finally, I fixed it up and animated it in OS SHP Builder.
That is the paint method. Most people use Paint-Shop or Photo-Shop and it can get quite annoying when people post that as advice.(3-d Modelling is also good) _________________ YR modder/artist, DOOM mapper, aka evanb90

Ok, i will put it a nice way, do you really think that will fit the games scheme? try to make it at least a little like the buildings in the game. _________________ Folio.
I have to be honest compare it with any other building in a CnC game including older ones like RA and TD and well, you might notice how much better they look compared to it,it really is a building from Eva's paint wars. _________________ QUICK_EDIT

Wally(ok)
Paint-Shop
Photo Shop
OS SHP Builder gots some nice texturing tools.
Just dont use paint for texturing. It takes too long... _________________ YR modder/artist, DOOM mapper, aka evanb90
