In my mod the Update Button is working, but now I have a new problem:
It says "Version .0365 is available. Would you like to download this update?"

I click yes, and It says "Error replacing Mod"
Any ideas?

Not a clue, but I am sure that that usage needs a site and an Internet connection.  It wants to go where you have the site desinated and show you the link.  So, unless someone else has any better ideas on your problem, that should be it.
