well, I am assuming that the second on is a damaged version but it needs battlescaring, although the tilt of the building is a  nice sublte way to show damage.

Doesn't look like a Library to me..

Looks more of a Naval Base installation, the soldiers patrol on the top (armed guards) and from the big hole in the middle comes your ships/submarines #Tongue

Other than that it's very nice #Tongue

I like the building's design, but I agree that it doesn't resemble what one would expect a library to look like. Instead, it reminds me of an entrance to an entrance to an air raid shelter with its thick concrete and an entrance that suggests "descending."

i like it a lot, but instead of just removing the fence on the damaged one, you should of damaged it or made a gap in it, because a bomb would just remove it cleanly. gets some black marks on the damaged one also to signal damage
