You can add some effects to reduce the blur, also in the views menu.

Btw, the HVA.pas code on VXLSE III is much better than HVA Builder's... and, likewise yours, it is object oriented as well.

Here's an issue I'm getting in this new HVA Builder: voxel animations don't display unless I'm moving the camera.

That's a legitimate bug. I'll fix it in the next build.
