How do you edit the rules of Renegade? Is there a rules.ini like thing? Or do I gotta use something like TibEd? And no, I'm not gonna make some fucked up n00b mod. I mostly want to enable unused sounds, and maybe beef up the shotgun.

I used the official Renegade Tools, straight from Westwood. It comes with three thing: RenX, Commando Editor, and a W3D vewier.
