I need some help debugging a weapon.

I have made a scaled down Lightning Storm for units. The problem is the animation does not work right. All the Cloud and Bolt animations are in but the Cloud does not appear just the bolts.

Any suggestions

STORM has to have left bracket, and Im not sure, but I think it always played only first anim in AnimList for me...

The animlist is not a random animation list, but rather based upon the damage dealth to the particular object. That, and why would you have the clouds on the warhead. If you wanted the clouds to form, then the bolts, you should have the clouds be associated with the fire animation or even the projectile, not the warhead (unless you wanted an airburst effect).
