A cool teamplay map, whether you like 4on4, 2on2 or whatever other handicap.
Set in desert theme and pretty large.

The screenshots should tell you everything  Razz

OMFG!

Great map-very enjoyable! But don't you think that the island is a bit small?

Just curious, but how much time did you take to make this map?

yeah the island is a little small.. but hey... #Tongue

the map is version 2 if you want so.
I made it ages ago, painted it in paint and imported it, ready, without hills or anything.

then 2005 I started to detail all my maps and I thought The River would make a cool desert map, so I converted it to Desert, fixed shores, put hills here and there, a few more forests.
and the rest of the "detailing" is just putting small areas of rocks or grass here and there... Smile

I can't tell you an exact amount of time.
maybe an hour, maybe two, maximally, I believe.
note that this map hasn't any special lighting or similar, and I tested it once and it was okay.

I love that island area; it would make for an excellent 'climactic battle zone' (but the AI might get hung up there; they tend to overcrowd their forces in tight places). It looks like an excellent map for online team play. Very Happy

Yeah, the AI doesn't know how to use the bridges correctly...

But PaD, why not give it a second bridge?Or another island?

I think that it may be a good idea to put one of those islands (or something similar) between each player, so you would have three in total - one more above and one more below the original island

Uhhm, that would make the map too simetrical.Perhaps it's good as it is now.
