and now i'm working on Mammoth Mech and set for my mod not original.
and i give it name

GDI Capital Battle Mech"Photo Mammoth" [ because it only proto type]

detail for this unit i'll post later but about model

first i'll doing Mammoth mk.II but Ra2 engine cant support me to do 32 view shp unit and i'm too lazy to setting hva for voxel (if i do it to vxl like westwood case) finally i consider to redesign it all and add it turret (because turret only can rotate 32 view). i hope it'll not looking too much like anime mech.  Smile  [no texture and anim yet]

thats the first time that i find one of your models weird.....especially for a mammoth it looks ...too short..a railgun shot and it falls onto the back and behave like a turtle...

i suggest to make the body longer and maybe a visible control cockpit somewhere : /

ok i'll fix it body but i have no idea for detail on those expansion yet but about cockpit first i think pilot will control everthink on turret but how you thing? it body and turret not much different with titan.

and this unit not equip rail gun. it have only twin 150mm high explosive cannon and rocket.

no the body is not too short. there are mechs with shorter bodies because they have only 2 legs. second the cockpit should be hidden so enemies don't know where to target. the pilot will use cameras to see.

star wars -the empire strikes back, hooth #Tongue those mechs especially the big ones do extremely easy fall over, this one here is shorter so for its weight and firepower its easy to lose the balance.

for the cockpit a small attached window in the front like a tank shart  would look cool or so Smile otherwise it looks cool especially the legs.

My nose bled when I saw that on the front page of PPM.

Its too short for its legs to walk properly, and for aesthetic reasons as well.

The railgun is what sets it apart from other mechs. It also brings in the element of sophistication in the new technological world of TS.

On its own, its an excellent model. As a MMKII, its a bit hard. We're all used to the current MMKII design, though WW made it look more like an asian elephant more than a mammoth.

Oh, by the way, you can actually use this for another unit. The legs are too close together to walk properly, however you can reverse the hind legs such that it walks like the Cyborg Reaper. That would be a cool walking bunker.

when i look longer at it, a cockpit were only cool when it were actually on the body, on the angled piece of the back, when you make a shart there like a tank that would look awesome, for a mammoth it actually *is* okay whilst the WW mammoth looked like an improvised first prototype tdesign, this here looks like a stable serial model.
just the thing with the legs..lol

second wheres the fun in only having 1?
2 will make opponents more nervus and more panicky making them make stupid mistakes in attacking them

I guess you could also classify this mech as a psychologicle weapon

I know but I don't think this is going to replace the MMKll
I just think its going to have lower health move faster and do less damage but have greater range

BTW are the missile only going to target air units or both air and ground?

i love the design, i dont know what people's obsession with visual target aquisition is, it is inefficent and unessescary.  cameras and radar for the win.

i dont like the guns though, not at all.

ok it looks awesome except in the direct side view the backside reminds me of someone wearing a full diaper for some reason and that does not scream awesome.

and again your ingame shp is ruined by overexcessive use of teamcolor which ruins the nice detailing you did. you have to stop doing that. really it's getting really annoying.

those house color if you choose gold color (i'll replance orange with that color) it'll fill all your detail.

maybe player cant build it.but can call it like para trooper [plane come and drop it from sky] if i do like this you can have it many you want and you cant pump and rush it too easy.[if you can pump it my cyclop and titan will be junk]  Rolling Eyes  [but i think it'll look funny if when it drop with small parachat #Tongue ] if i use this logic i can do this shp bigger because it will never go out from factory.

Honestly I can't imagine what a MMKII without dual railguns would be like.... Crude fire power I guess.

One thing that hasn't changed: It will still be vulnerable to being surrounded, unless that turret is rotatable (I'm not sure... Does it rotate?)

sorry but i have manything need to fix but i'll not out of than this.
some thing be change

1.Add something Under it neck
make the mech higher a bit but can rotate turret clearly not hit anything on back [you can see it hit in this picture]

2.change those twin cannon to rail cannon but i will only add some cube on those gun and make it like prototypes railcannon. #Tongue

meh the railguns are ...meh...dio what you like but the thing you will add behind the neck....when i have looked at yur skinned render it had a unique sheme like a knight on a horse with lances...that look is awesome it were  horrible when you destroy this look realy..its unique, looks mighty and scary and it fits with the other gdi mechs what all have a bit uniqueness in its look..

do NOT MESS WITH THE WEPONS it just wouldn't be right unless u keep this one buildable reinforceable and make a varient that tests prototype weapons in campaign missions

arr..... after i add it railgun.i think the cannon like old is better. Confused
truely i think like ORCACommander said it's prototypes and GDI not already add rail gun on it.[but yes they already have that technology] to bad i cant mapping by self that mean i cant do campaign.however i'll making TS Mammoth Mk.LL model and add it to resource.only way to use it is...... activate on ini by self.  Razz  

you can see it look funny when i add it railgun the mech design not fit for this weapon...

but if some one can help me doing campaign i'll change my plan to do ROS as TC...

put the origonel one with the longer body in game and leave the railgun one as an enabler
